In 2008, Tino was drafted by Real Salt Lake (Major League Soccer). He helped the team make the playoffs in 2008 and won the Eastern Conference Championship and MLS Cup in 2009. In 2010, Tino signed with Rochester Rhinos, who became regular season champions. The following season in 2011, he joined the Minnesota Stars of the National Association Soccer League (NASL), where they were crowned Champions. Tino formed part of the United States Beach Soccer National Team that competed in the Beach Soccer Copa America 2012 in Brazil. In 2012, he signed with the USL Pro team Pittsburgh Riverhounds just before joining the Baltimore Blast of the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) for the 2012-2013 season, where he was once again crowned a championship title. Through 2018, Tino was a member of the Ontario Fury of the Professional Arena Soccer League.
Throughout Tino’s professional career, he has enjoyed coaching youth soccer of all ages around the country. In Minnesota (2011), Tino coached White Bear Soccer Club Girls U14, and 10th Grade Boys at Prior Lake High School. In Pittsburgh, he contributed to part of the coaching staff as one of the Riverhound Soccer Academy Trainers. In Long Beach, CA, Tino has led the girls soccer program Millikan High School from 2010 to present. He has also coached at CFC Untouchables, Premier FC, and FRAM SK, where he currently serves as Girls Director. His teams have won multiple league and tournament titles, including the 2018 CalSouth State Cup.
